I am both a contractor and a designer and have been bringing clients into Springfield Electric showrooms for many years and have always found the staff helpful, curious and knowledgeable.  Clients can be overwhelmed when they first walk into the beautiful showroom with all of the choices available to them, but the sales people are very good at narrowing down the selections by style and prices that it puts my customers at ease right away.  The sales team also goes above and beyond on finding specialty lights and getting my products to the job site in a timely manner.
